Enable live viewing of PDF documents, since not all forms are labeled correctly.
All of the forms I use in my business were created elsewhere. They are fillable, but not necessarily labeled or labeled correctly. For example, one document is a six-page document with many fill-in spots and several signature areas. The signature areas are locked, so people who aren't necessarily tech-savvy can't fill in on those lines. I would like to be able to look at the actual document and tap on a fill in location to type, and also be able to write on the document (preferably anywhere). This could all be done with layers, and then you can flatten the…

Support more field format
Right now Fill and Sign PDF Forms supports Check box, Combo box, Radio button, Signature and Text fields. However Adobe Acrobat Pro X supports List Box, Dropdown, and Barcode. I believe Fill and Sign PDF Forms app should have all the available supported fields Adobe Acrobat has. What do you guys think?

Add a settings menu with the option to clear all data on a form when it is opened.
I think having the option to have your form data cleared when you open the form would be very helpful. It reduces the extra step of having to hit menu and choose clear all which adds up when you have to do multiple forms a day.

Please add Dropbox and/or Drive app compatibility
It would be great that if you select the folder icon it came up with a list of choices of where your files could be stored. Be it on Google Drive, Dropbox or locally on your android product. Perhaps even a network option for accessing shared files across the network.

Make the PDF visible instead of just the blanks, so the end user knows what he is signing or can first read it..
Now you only see the fields, but if you could display the actual pdf, instead of only the fields, the end customer knows what he is signing, he could read everything first in a nice way..
Signmypad will come with a release shortly which has all these features implemented.. (they only allow signing atm)

Allow Bulk Signatures
On forms such as a real estate contract, you have the same signature in different locations throughout the document. Instead of having the customer hit sign each time, allow them the ability to sign once and fill in the specified fields with that signature. Some creative programming would be involved since Adobe doesn't allow duplicate names of a signature, so perhaps it could Recognize Seller 11 , Seller 12, Seller 1_3 , etc as one signature that needs to be placed multiple times.

split screen pdf veiw
Have a small view of the PDF you are filling or split screen. With fields that you are filling being hi lighted. Maybe even tap the field on a split screen view that you want to fill out. This would make it easier for people who need to see the form. Other than that love the app.

Re-attach photos on a document reload
When document is reloaded, all form values are reloaded too. It would make sense to re-attach the photos as well.
As this would break the current behavior that some users might be accustomed to, feature can be added as an option configurable in application settings.

Incorporate auto-fill using pull down menus consisting of both commonly used and user added values for standard form fields.
Simple pull down menus and a user editable database for common fields.
Field values could be auto-suggested from personal user data provided during program setup and previous form historical data.270 votes -
you should let the doc.
Be altered to resend the documentback with the changes corrected. some documents just need to be approved with your signature on the document it does not always need a place to sign on all documents some companies just need it signed for approval to send the document to a the third party in contract form to be signed by the third party
