  11. Hallo bei mir funktioniert die Unterschrift nicht. Die PDF öffnet sich und ich kann zwar alles eintippen aber mein Kunde kann nicht untersch

    Es öffnet sich eine Fehlermeldung und daß Dokument ist nicht zu sehen sondern ein schwarzer Bildschirm mit Unterschriftsfeldern. Haben sie ein Video oder kontakt wo ich das klären kann. Ich habe die app 1x deinstallieren und wieder neu installiert. Das gleiche wieder. Oder ich verstehe etwas nicht. Jedenfalls hatte es schon einmal funktioniert. Freue mich auf Rückmeldung
